Civil Engineering Analyst - Roadway

Kimley-Horn is looking for Engineering graduates to join the Roadway team in our Atlanta Midtown, Georgia (GA) office. This is not a remote position.Utilize technical software programs on a regular basis to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for our clients.Candidates will perform a variety of civil engineering tasks supporting various project managers as required. Job duties may include, but are not limited to:Horizontal and vertical alignmentsGrading and Drainage designStreetscape and roadway improvementsMultimodal design, including multi-use trails and complete streetsSignage, striping and signalization plansSolve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to produce our clients’ visions for the future built environment.As a critical member of the team, you will perform a variety of engineering tasks and will receive both on-the-job and formal training as well as mentorship and exposure to plan production, project finances, and client interactionsAnalysts will learn one or more software programs specific to their disciplines: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and/or GIS.An ABET accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2026 in one of the following majors:Civil and/or Environmental EngineeringMechanical, Biosystems, or Agricultural EngineeringEngineering TechnologyAt Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
