Meridian St. Indianapolis, IN 46208Must be available to support new hire orientation on-site every other MondayResponsible for providing administrative support to HRBP such as filing, onboarding administration, and project work.BenefitsVersiti provides a comprehensive benefits package based on your job classification. Full-time regular employes are eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays, Short- and Long-term disability, life insurance, 7% match dollar for dollar 401(k), voluntary programs, discount programs, others.Assists with new hire orientations for new employees.Coordinates and provides scheduling and administrative support for interviews, meetings, training events, workshops, and employee events.Distributes necessary employee communication materials.Assists by documenting, maintaining, and reporting information such as recruitment, hiring, new hire on-boarding, performance evaluations, continuing education, employee relations, leaves, transfers, or promotions, and termination.Create and maintain confidential employee files, documents and records in compliance with regulatory requirements.Maintains employee and other HR data in the system or on forms, either electronically or manually, and performs periodic audits.Coordinates and completes other assigned projects, upon request.Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classificationUnderstands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirementsComplies with all standard operating policies and proceduresEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferredExperience1-3 years prior customer service and administrative experience requiredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong customer service focus with ability to determine customer needs and respond appropriately.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to communicate professionally and effectively to all levels of the organization.Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet required timelines.Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Exceptional attention to detail.Strong administrative skills, technical proficiency.Ability to apply judgment to detailed but very structured written or oral instructions and to deal with problems involving concrete variable in standardized work procedures.Work independently and with minimal supervision.Tools and TechnologyPersonal Computer (desktop, laptop, tablet) requiredGeneral office equipment (computer, printer, fax, copy machine) requiredMicrosoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required#AJ123
