As part of our Project Management Office, the Senior Scrum Master will coach and support agile teams, drive continuous improvement, and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct coaching and hands on support to our agile delivery teams, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers and testersLead by example agile values, transparency and adaptabilityRemove obstacles to team progress and keep teams focused on deliveryFacilitate agile ceremonies and leverage tools like Azure DevOps for planning and reportingDrive continuous improvement by coaching teams on agile best practices and fostering a collaborative and trusting environment through observation, feedback and continuous learningCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers and QAs to ensure clear understanding of process, work and prioritiesProactively identify training opportunities and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring of teams to improve collaboration, self management and engagementPrepare and maintain organizational wide agile materials and documentationCertified Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience in an agile environmentDemonstrated experience leading teams through an agile transformationStrong understanding of Kanban, Scrum or other agile frameworksExperience coaching and mentoring agile teams and stakeholders with various levels of agile experienceBackground with IT delivery, software development or business process transformationFamiliarity with Monday.com, Azure DevOps, PowerBIExperience building and delivering training materialsExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsSalary Range$77,762.70 - $180,082.10 with performance-based bonus potential.The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
