We are committed to your success and provide comprehensive training to help you thrive in the role.What You’ll Do:Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, delivering exceptional service and supportHandle inbound client calls, emails, and service requests related to policies, billing, and account updatesManage policy updates, vehicle changes, auto-pay adjustments, renewals, and coverage inquiriesRetain clients by providing solution-based insurance options and proactively identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional coverageDocument all client interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding requestsCollaborate with team members and internal departments to resolve client issues efficientlySupport agency goals by contributing to revenue growth by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance productsWhat We’re Looking For:Prior experience in an administrative and or customer support role managing client accounts, insurance operations, or customer service environments preferredAbility to assess client needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, and identify cross-selling opportunitiesSkilled at presenting solutions, handling objections, and maintaining strong client relationshipsProficient in Microsoft suite of products and web-based software solutions Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage types, and regulatory requirements is a plusKey Characteristics:Strong Communicator: Establishes trust quickly and foster lasting client relationships.Problem Solver: Listens actively, thinks critically, and delivers tailored solutions.Time Management: Effectively prioritizes tasks and adapt as needs shift throughout the day.Detail-Oriented: Accurately documents information and follows through on every commitment.Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Takes initiative, stay driven, and support the success of the team.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS FOR OUR ACCOUNT MANAGER/CLIENT SERVICES REP:America's Choice Insurance Partners offers a competetitive base pay of $22 to $25 an hour plus bonus opportunites!We also offer industry leading benefits that includes medical, dental, vision, paid vacations and 401K.WHO IS AMERICA’S CHOICE INSURANCE PARTNERS?America's Choice Insurance Partners is an agency that stands apart from the crowd.
