We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This dual role combines responsibilities in human resources management and office administration to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and an aptitude for managing day-to-day office operations. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.Recruiting and onboarding of all new hiresProcess weekly payroll for approximately 40 employees through the HRIS system, PaycorAssist with employment related inquiries from employeesMaintains DOT logs and files for drivers through a third partyReporting of workers compensation claims with follow up as neededMaintain all employee files, I-9’s, driver filesFleet tagging, licensing, registrations etc.Employee tech equipment set up & distributionKeep track, maintain & order office inventory items.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
