Description: Financial Analyst Staff - Level 4 Location: Fort Worth TX What You Will Be Doing As a Staff Financial Analyst supporting the F-35 Material Finance organization, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance, visibility, and strategic decision-making across one of the worldu2019s most advanced defense programs. Reporting to the F-35 Manager of Material Finance, this role provides high-impact financial analysis, forecasting, and performance management support to ensure accurate financial execution and strong business outcomes. You will work closely with program leadership, supply chain, business management, and cross-functional partners to transform complex financial data into actionable insights that support operational excellence and long-term program success. Key Responsibilities - Perform comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities, including variance analysis, trend identification, funding needs assessment, and risk and opportunity evaluation. - Establish and maintain performance management budgets and financial baselines to support program execution and decision-making. - Consolidate and integrate data from multiple financial systems to develop actionable business insights and recommendations. - Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results for internal leadership and external stakeholders. - Develop forward-looking analytics and trend models to inform financial strategy, material planning, and operational priorities. - Provide data-driven recommendations to program and business leadership to support sound financial and operational decisions. - Maintain strong data integrity and compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial reporting standards. - Support business management, program management, Control Account Managers (CAMs), proposal teams, supply chain, and other internal customers as needed. - Respond to ad hoc financial requests and customer needs with timely, high-quality analysis and reporting. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Experience in Earned Value Management System Software u2022 Experience in Microsoft Office products; advanced MS Excel skills u2022 Experienced communication skills (both verbal and written) u2022 Financial analysis or cost management experience u2022 Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 10 years of professional experience, or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masteru2019s degree Desired Skills: u2022 Proficient with COBRA and SAP u2022 Prior experience with process improvements, advanced excel data analytics, strong organizational skills, and EVMS program finance deliverables / business rhythms u2022 Quick learner with aptitude for system and process improvement implementation u2022 Proactive problem solver with critical thinking skills u2022 Ability to balance competing and/or shifting priorities u2022 Effective analytical skills u2022 Be able to work in a team or independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment u2022 Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) Concepts and Practices u2022 Experience in multiple F&BO functions (FP&A, Material, Production Operations, Contracts, Planning, Estimating, Pricing) Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
