Description: You will be the Quality Engineer Staff for the Quality Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product sustainment quality across PACu20113 programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Quality Engineer Staff you will be responsible for leading quality initiatives and driving technical excellence in surveillance and corrective actions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Lead a group of quality engineers and coordinate crossu2011functional collaboration with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers. + Facilitate the Surveillance Item process and present technical data and project status to internal and external stakeholders. + Analyze and resolve complex product and process issues, driving rootu2011cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions. + Conduct data integrity reviews, drive closure of nonu2011conformance reports, and support Corrective Action Board meetings. + Provide technical liaison support for quality engineering matters, including product failure investigations and material review board decisions.
