Corporate Chef de Cuisine - FINE DINING OR UPSCALE RESTAURANT BACKGROUND ONLYA leading food and beverage lifestyle group with a curated collection of restaurants on the East Coast is seeking aCorporate Multi-Unit Chef for a new concept. The group is built on a culture of honesty, integrity, and fairness, and is dedicated to providing superb cuisine and seamless service. This position reports directly to a Michelin-trained Corporate Executive Chef, offering the opportunity to shape a culinary program that blends excellence with creativity.Corporate Chef ResponsibilitiesLead multi-unit kitchen operations to ensure quality, consistency, and elevated guest experiencesProvide hands-on leadership across food preparation, execution, and service standardsOversee purchasing, ordering, payroll, and monthly inventories to manage food costsTrain, mentor, and inspire a team of culinary professionalsDevelop and refine menus that align with brand standards and guest expectationsExecutive Chef Qualifications10+ years of progressive culinary experience in high-volume, fine dining or upscale restaurantsCulinary degree requiredStrong leadership and communication skills; team-builder with a positive, motivating styleKnowledge of HAACP and food safety standards; detail-oriented in executionFlexible schedule (AM/PM shifts); Spanish language skills a plusExecutive Chef BenefitsCompetitive salary: $100,000-$115,000 annually, plus bonus opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFull-time role with day and evening shiftsOpportunity to collaborate directly with a Michelin-trained Corporate Chef
