We are looking for CNC Rework Machinists (2nd Shift) with a strong mechanical machining experience and skill set.Sign-on bonus.APPLY TODAY!CNC Rework Machinist Benefits:Competitive wagePTO and paid holidays401K with match and incentive programsHealth, dental, vision, and life insuranceCNC Rework Machinist Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC/Manual mills, lathes, or multi-axis machinesCreate, modify, and optimize CNC/Manual programs using G-code and CAM softwareRead blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsLoad, edit, and run CNC programs as requiredSelect tooling and ensure correct machine setup, and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gaugesPerform first-piece and in-process inspections, and troubleshoot basic machining and tooling issuesFollow quality standards, interpret and use MOPs, and safety proceduresMaintain machines and keep the work area clean and organizedWork with supervisors and team members to meet production goalsCNC Rework Machinist Qualifications:3+ years of CNC and manual machining experience, including setup and programmingStrong understanding of G-code and CAM softwareSolid knowledge of machining principles, tooling, feeds, and speedsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbolsExperience using precision measuring tools for quality inspectionStrong problem-solving skills with close attention to detailAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentEffective time management skills and ability to work with all shifts and support personnel
