Commercial Landscape General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager for our well-established Commercial Landscape and Snow Removal company in the Merrillville area.General Manager Responsibilities:Supervise the development and assess the effectiveness of all snow route/landscaping operationsChair all company snow & green operations meetingsOversee pre-season/post-season property inspection process across all districtsSupport District and Area Managers in training subcontractors for timely and efficient service at each siteContact District Managers to get field staff ready for upcoming storms/Alert District Managers to start plowing operations in their districtsFacilitate District Managers with equipment allocation and reallocation in case of shortagesAssist District Managers in coordinating the efficient and timely use of subcontractorsConduct monthly meetings with subcontractors and snow production personnel during the peak seasonEnsure all required paperwork from District Managers is submitted to the billing teamVerify that operations in each district are finished within the projected timeframeConduct site inspections during and after service events to confirm that all scheduled tasks on specific routes are completed effectivelyAchieve customer satisfaction by ensuring the successful execution of landscaping and snow management servicesGeneral Manager Requirements:10-15 years in a management capacity5+ yearsIndustry experience in commercial landscaping and/or snow removalExperience with Salesforce, ADP, NetSuite a huge plusServant/leader mentalityDemonstrate strong skills and the ability to analyze and understand financial statements related to landscaping/snow and ice divisionExhibit proficiency in cost accounting, including budget preparation and financial forecastingAbility to perform take-offs and create detailed bid documents based on specifications for control servicesAble to put together a 12-36 month plan of action including sales, finance, and operationsGeneral Manager Benefits:Competitive Salary with Bonus401kHealth/Vision/Dental, Long/Short-Term DisabilityAmazing workplace culture and team environment
