The ideal candidate is a compassionate and experienced leader who thrives in a team-oriented setting and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adultsPosition Type:Full-Time, benefits eligible position with rotational on-call scheduleShift Available:Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMWage Range:$95,000 - $125,000 annually depending on experienceRN Manager Responsibilities:Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.Manages other nurses and nursing aides' responsibilities and outcomes.Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.Notifies Director of Nursing, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.Performs additional duties as required.RN Nurse Manager Qualifications:Current CO Nursing License.Prior experience in geriatric care stronglypreferred.Must have strong communication and organizational skills.Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.Cassia Benefits:Competitive Pay with experience-based raisesTuition Assistance & Student Loan Forgiveness (site-specific)Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) & 403(b)/401(k) with Employer MatchComprehensive Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance) for Full-Time EmployeesEmployee Assistance Program with free confidential counseling/coaching for self and family membersPet InsuranceAbout Us:Our employees at Castle Peak love the work/life balance, breathtaking mountain views, and connecting with our amazing residents.
