Compensation: Competitive base pay with earning potential upwards of $90,000 for high performers What You’ll Do Collaborate with the service team to review and analyze incoming appointments Initiate sales with prior and current customers through outbound calls Calculate lease returns and buyouts using current OEM programs Schedule appointments and track sales activity using DealerSocket Estimate trade values and monthly payments for prospective buyers Educate customers on financial products and financing options Maintain and update AutoAlert presets and produce regular sales reports Uphold Walser’s Core Values: Do The Right Thing, Lead By Example, Display Positive Energy, Be Open Minded What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Experience in automotive sales or business development preferred Strong phone, computer (Word, Excel, Outlook), and CRM skills Excellent math, organizational, and multitasking abilities Self-motivated with a customer service mindset Valid driver’s license and clean driving record What’s in it for you?
