Manufacturing / Warehouse or supply chain environment experience a big plus. Must have own vehicle for possible driving to different locations in and around the city. Day shift schedule and must be willing to work some OT, ON CALL, and after-hours.Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver a deskside service to the client for support on the laptop / desktop related hardware / software break fix incidentsDeploy, configure, and support mobile devices, printers, RF Scanners, and standard productivity software, for internal users at the siteProvide support with the activities related to the configuration and installation of desktops, including patch updates and hardware replacementsProvide 'Smart Hands❠support related to the access points and switches based on the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) provided or as per guided by the client IT teamAssist client's IT team with network and infrastructure initiatives, including hardware and systems administrationParticipate in meetings and planning sessions related to the maintenance, upgrade, infrastructure inventory ,risk assessment, and disaster recovery related activities at the siteTake appropriate action in the event of non-compliance with security requirements as guided by the client IT support teamsAsset tagging and updating asset database based on the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) provided by client
