HR Manager

Description A rapidly growing healthcare services organization in Oceanside is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions. This role is both strategic and hands-on, supporting a diverse workforce while ensuring compliance with California employment laws and healthcare regulations. The HR Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and a resource for employees across multiple departments.
