Description Payments & Financial Operations Manager Healthcare Fintech (Remote, LA-based) Currently recruiting for healthcare fintech looking for a Payments & Financial Operations leader to own complex payment flows and reconciliations in a high-volume environment. Please email Eric Herndon for consideration Requirements u2022 Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounts payable or related financial operations. u2022 Expertise in coding invoices, check runs, and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions. u2022 Proficiency in managing accounts payable systems, including NetSuite. u2022 Strong understanding of revenue recognition, liabilities, accruals, and cash flow management. u2022 Ability to handle complex payment arrangements such as advances and factoring. u2022 Familiarity with payment facilitators and banking integrations, including platforms like Plaid and Yodlee. u2022 Advanced skills in spreadsheets, including the use of complex formulas. u2022 Proven ability to design and implement scalable workflows and automation tools.
