Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to oversee payroll operations in Fremont, California. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in payroll management, account reconciliations, and compliance with multi-state regulations. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and efficiency in payroll processes while supporting related financial tasks. Responsibilities: u2022 Process full-cycle payroll for a workforce of approximately 240 employees, including 100 contract staff. u2022 Manage multi-state payroll operations to ensure compliance with varying state regulations. u2022 Conduct thorough reconciliations of accounts, including credit card transactions, bank statements, and ledger balances. u2022 Verify the accuracy of payroll data and resolve discrepancies promptly. u2022 Handle payments reconciliation and ensure timely processing of employee compensation. u2022 Maintain and renew business licenses, monitor sales tax obligations, and oversee insurance documentation. u2022 Utilize ADP Workforce Now and NetSuite for payroll processing and financial reporting. u2022 Prepare detailed reports on payroll activity and account reconciliations for management review. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll-related inquiries and provide support. u2022 Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations in all payroll activities. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration, including full-cycle payroll. u2022 Proficiency in multi-state payroll processing and familiarity with compliance requirements. u2022 Expertise in using ADP Workforce Now and NetSuite for payroll and financial tasks. u2022 Strong skills in account reconciliations, including bank, credit card, and ledger accounts. u2022 Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy. u2022 Experience managing payroll for medium-sized organizations (101-500 employees). u2022 Knowledge of sales tax, business licenses, and insurance-related processes. u2022 Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
