Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee daily cash management activities, including bank reconciliations and account analysis. u2022 Prepare and execute month-end close processes, ensuring accurate journal entries and financial reporting. u2022 Analyze financial variances and manage lease accounting in alignment with established standards. u2022 Collaborate with the Assistant Controller to support audits and compliance requirements. u2022 Maintain general ledger accuracy through detailed account reconciliation and review. u2022 Utilize advanced financial software and tools to streamline reporting and analysis. u2022 Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and controls. u2022 Ensure timely and error-free reporting by managing multiple priorities effectively. u2022 Support cross-functional teams with financial data and analysis to aid decision-making. u2022 Adapt to a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. u2022 Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. u2022 Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. u2022 Demonstrated expertise in month-end close processes and general ledger management. u2022 Experience with bank reconciliations and daily cash management. u2022 Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams. u2022 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
