IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Job Title: Production Operator Job Description Support the manufacturing of products by completing production processes under direction and supervision. Contribute to a highly empowered, world-class team to achieve excellent safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency results. Assist in the continuous improvement of production processes. Responsibilities + Meet safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency standards. + Follow documented standard work instructions and procedures. + Run and set up processes and equipment. + Perform product inspection. + Collect data from processes and complete paperwork with production information. + Use computer systems to collect required production data. + Support 5S initiatives in the assigned production area. + Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. + Communicate information and ideas clearly. + Assist in production continuous improvement efforts. + Perform work as assigned by supervisor or lead. + Perform simple equipment maintenance. + Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. + Assist with troubleshooting and resolving machine issues. + Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills + 6+ months of production experience preferred (experience with applied membranes, torray membranes, and hydranautics is advantageous). + Ability to work with small parts and be detail-oriented. + Ability to read and understand English. + Strong attention to detail, especially for accurate chemical measurements. + Ability to safely move drums using a dolly. + Ability to work independently, as this role operates in a separate area from most of the team. + Solid math skills for performing routine calculations.
