Job Description u2022u2003Serve as the primary end useru2013facing support specialist for the CyberArk EPM product u2022u2003Monitor incoming support tickets from intake and ensure timely response u2022u2003Support end users (troubleshooting, guiding through setup, etc.) u2022u2003Contact users directly to guide them through troubleshooting steps u2022u2003Handle new user onboarding for the EPM product u2022u2003Communicate with internal users effectively.
