Role Overview This role leads commercial growth in the Bay Area market. Itu2019s ideal for a senior sales executive with a strong track record in consultative enterprise sales and multimillion-euro revenue generation. Initially an individual contributor, the position will evolve into building and leading a high-performing sales team. The VP will shape go-to-market strategies, develop strategic relationships with top-tier clients, and position the organization as a trusted AI partner for enterprise innovation. Key Responsibilities u2003u2022 Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed annual revenue targets (>$12M). u2003u2022 Lead enterprise-level consultative sales to large corporates and blue-chip clients. u2003u2022 Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers (C-level). u2003u2022 Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. u2003u2022 Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams. u2003u2022 Maintain accurate forecasts and a data-driven pipeline. u2003u2022 Provide market insights to inform strategic decisions. u2003u2022 Define scalable sales processes and prepare for future team expansion. Preferred Qualifications u2003u2022 MBA or dual background in technical and business disciplines. u2003u2022 Familiarity with advanced AI technologies. u2003u2022 Experience launching new product lines or entering new markets.
