Join us ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.u2022 Follows Legends Global Human Resources policies to assure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions. Maintains compliance with state regulations concerning employment.u2022 Administers various Human Resources plans and procedures for all facility personnel.u2022 Performs recruitment activities. Writes and places advertisements. Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.u2022 Plans and conducts new employee orientations.u2022 Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and 401k, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.u2022 Administers correct payroll for all venue employees on a bi-monthly basis. u2022 Coordinates training or trains Managers in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance management, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.u2022 Coordinates training or trains employees in Legends ASM Global Customer Service Trainingu2022 Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. Advises the corporate office of EEOC complaints and other employee relations problems.u2022 Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.u2022 Administers Affirmative Action Planu2022 Administers performance review and salary administration program.u2022 Administers benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.u2022 Implements union collective bargaining agreements and ensures all portions of the agreement are administered correctly. u2022 Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier.u2022 Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Education and/or Experienceu2022 Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or universityu2022 3+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.u2022 Experience administering benefit programs.u2022 Workday experience highly preferredu2022 Combination of education and experience may be accepted. Skills and Abilities u2022 Solid knowledge of principles and practices of HR administration.u2022 Familiarity with COBRA, ERISA, FMLA and related state and federal regulations required.u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.u2022 Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are essential.u2022 Professional appearance and attitude are essential.u2022 Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.u2022 Workday recruiting experience or equivalent highly preferred including generating job requisitions, background checks, offer letters, onboarding, etc.u2022 HR certification preferred. COMPENSATIONThis role offers a base salary range of $80,000u2013$90,000, plus performance-based incentives, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan.
