Job Description Market & Opportunity Development u2003u2022 Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities aligned with Unimrktu2019s global services and value propositions u2003u2022 Drive new logo acquisition across assigned territories using a consultative, solution-led sales approach u2003u2022 Generate opportunities both within and beyond the core industry through strategic prospecting and market outreach, Client Engagement & Relationship Management u2003u2022 Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and decision-making processes u2003u2022 Act as a trusted advisor by positioning Unimrktu2019s offerings as strategic solutions rather than transactional services Pipeline & Revenue Ownership u2003u2022 Own and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and achievement of revenue targets and KPIs u2003u2022 Consistently build and maintain a healthy pipeline to meet quarterly and annual sales goals Sales Execution & Deal Closure u2003u2022 Lead complex, high-value deal cycles across multiple stakeholders and geographies u2003u2022 Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts in coordination with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business operations and compliance requirements u2003u2022 Successfully close new business and support smooth handover to delivery and account management teams Go-to-Market & Outreach Activities u2003u2022 Execute structured outbound campaigns, including email, calling, and social selling, to support lead generation and opportunity conversion Brand Representation & Thought Leadership u2003u2022 Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, webinars, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence and generate business leads Stakeholder Collaboration & Mobility u2003u2022 Work cross-functionally with internal teams across regions to support global business objectives u2003u2022 Travel within the UK and internationally, as required, for client meetings, events, and business development activities We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
