Responsible for accurate and urgent movement, distribution and storage of materials throughout the Company. While also, performing the transactional tasks to systematically track the movements and ensure the accuracy of the inventory. Specific Duties: ? Pick, Issue, and Deliver job orders to various departments. ? Stock incoming material in designated areas. ? Answer phones and emails from departments requesting material. ? Perform the necessary system transactions required to maintain accurate inventory. ? Perform regular cycle count initiatives to meet financial expectations. ? Achieve and maintain consolidations of material to drive accuracy, pick time efficiencies, and lean initiatives. ? Engage in 6S activities and maintain a clean work area at all times. ? Follow special packaging requirements, as required, in the appropriate areas. ? Will assist Material Handlers with moving parts as needed. ? Will assist Warehouse Personnel in other areas as needed. Qualifications: ? Must have basic computer skills: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Word, Excel. Experience with an ERP System is a preferred, Syteline experience is a plus. ? Must have good Math skills. ? Must be able to read Routes/Receivers. ? Must have good Organizational skills and demonstrate a sense of urgency. ? Must understand and apply handling class policy when pulling, stocking and transporting materials. ? Must be able to operate a pallet jack. ? Forklift/Tow Motor experience/license is a plus. ? Ability to meet the physical demands of the job. (standing, lifting, bending) ? Must be a Team Player. ? Ability to follow all safety rules. ? Reliable and Dependable (be here as required and arrive on time) Working Conditions and Physical Effort: ? Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of objects up to 45 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.
