Operations Processor

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Processor to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and coordinating customer orders, ensuring smooth operations and accurate records. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide exceptional customer support throughout the lifecycle of orders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. u2022 Accurately process and enter customer orders into QuickBooks, maintaining timeliness and precision. u2022 Manage the complete order process, from receipt through fulfillment, ensuring all steps are executed efficiently. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance overall operational effectiveness. u2022 Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring availability of materials to meet production and order demands. u2022 Plan and coordinate raw material requirements, aligning with production schedules and customer needs. u2022 Maintain consistency and accuracy across customer orders, inventory data, and system records. u2022 Support shipping processes by overseeing customer shipments and ensuring timely delivery. u2022 Monitor and reconcile accounts payable, vendor invoices, and other financial records to ensure proper documentation. u2022 Assist in resolving account discrepancies and addressing risk management concerns when necessary. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in QuickBooks for order entry and record management. u2022 Demonstrated experience in customer service and order processing. u2022 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. u2022 Knowledge of inventory management and raw material planning. u2022 Familiarity with accounts payable and vendor invoice processing. u2022 Background in manufacturing or logistics operations is preferred. u2022 Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and customers. u2022 Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts or operations efficiently.
