Overview Occupational Therapist u2013 Hand Therapist (PRN) Location: 3385 Mariner Blvd Spring Hill FL 34609 Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday, PRN Pay: $45u2013$47/hr (based on experience) Join our outpatient orthopedic center as a PRN Hand Therapist. CHT preferred, but new grads with Level II fieldwork or OTs with 1+ year of hand therapy experience are encouraged to apply. Treat a variety of upper extremity conditions. Splinting experience a plus. Work alongside skilled hand surgeons and access mentorship for CHT certification. Apply today to be part of a growing national Hand Therapy program Responsibilities + Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers. + Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care. + Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff. + Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
