This role requires strong collaboration, customer service skills, and the ability to handle high-volume invoice processing in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Process accounts payable transactions through 3u2011way matching for U.S., Canada, and Manufacturing operations. Coordinate daily AP activities to ensure timely and accurate payment processing using SAP FUSION, Wise, or Canadian AP platforms. Serve as an AP Champion, ensuring compliance with approved policies and procedures. Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and internal partners to resolve parked or blocked invoices. Respond to internal and external customer inquiries, including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement-related issues. Identify and recommend process improvements and new ways of working to strengthen the shared services environment. Participate in special projects that support shared services initiatives and broader business goals. Required Skill 2u20134 years of Accounts Payable experience required. High School Diploma required; college degree preferred. Ability to process 75u2013100 invoices per day in a high-volume environment. Experience with ERP systems; SAP strongly preferred. Willingness to work overtime during peak periods and month-end close. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills (vLookups, Pivot Tables). Background in consumer products preferred. Experience with document imaging systems, such as Readsoft, preferred.
