Rebates Specialist

Description We are seeking a detailu2011oriented Rebates Specialist to manage and optimize customer and vendor rebate programs. This role oversees the full rebate lifecycleu2014from setup and tracking to accurate processing, reporting, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and comfortable working with crossu2011functional teams. Key Responsibilities + Manage rebate programs from setup through payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance. + Maintain detailed records of rebate agreements, pricing, terms, and eligibility. + Serve as the primary contact for rebateu2011related inquiries across internal teams, vendors, and customers. + Analyze rebate data, identify trends, and prepare reports on financial impact. + Process rebate calculations, payments, accruals, and reconciliations. + Support audits, policy compliance, and continuous process improvement. + Coordinate GPO, promotional, and purchaseu2011based rebate programs. + Maintain documentation and assist with automation opportunities. Requirements + Bacheloru2019s degree in business, finance, or related fieldu2014or equivalent experience. + 2+ years of experience in rebate management, pricing, or financial coordination preferred. + Vendor relationship experience. + Knowledge of general accounting principles and Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel proficiency.
