Sr. Paralegal - Estate Administration

Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Paralegal specializing in estate administration to join our dedicated team at their law firm near Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will manage all aspects of estate and trust administration, ensuring seamless processes and exceptional client service. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, clients, and colleagues. Responsibilities: u2022 Identify and manage estate assets with precision and attention to detail. u2022 Perform probate-related tasks to ensure compliance with legal requirements. u2022 Administer estates independently, overseeing all necessary documentation and processes. u2022 Maintain accurate and comprehensive financial records for estates and trusts. u2022 Prepare and review income, inheritance, and estate tax returns. u2022 Draft fiduciary accountings, schedules of distribution, and other essential legal documents. u2022 Create receipt and release agreements as well as other estate-related paperwork. u2022 Collaborate with attorneys and clients to address inquiries and resolve estate administration matters. Requirements u2022 Extensive experience in independently administering estates and trusts. u2022 Proficiency in preparing income tax returns for individuals, estates, and trusts. u2022 Strong analytical skills to manage complex financial matters. u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. u2022 Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service. u2022 Ability to reliably commute to Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, and work in an in-office environment. u2022 Pennsylvania Notary Public certification is preferred but not mandatory.
