Property Accountant

Description We have partnered with a commercial property management company on their search for a Property Accountant with proven YARDI expertise. As the Property Accountant, you will manage all accounting/bookkeeping transactions, assist with journal entry preparation, perform month end close activities, analyze leasing costs, assist with CAM reconciliations, perform accounting analysis, review and approve vendor invoices, assist with the year-end financial audit process, prepare monthly bank reconciliations, review and maintain property budget, and assist with annual entity tax returns. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, experience with real estate accounting software, and advanced financial analysis skills.
