Youu2019ll use your product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and natural sales talent to guide each customer to the perfect solution, all while contributing to our departmentu2019s goals. In this role, youu2019ll build quick rapport with customers, using strong communication and negotiation skills to resolve needs on the first call whenever possible. Youu2019ll make confident, informed recommendations that drive customer satisfaction and sales while growing your professional skillset in a supportive, fast-paced environment. u00b7 Base salary plus uncapped commission. u00b7 Must be flexible to work non-traditional hours: holidays, nights, and weekends. u00b7 Department Hours Monday-Friday 7AM-10PM Saturday and Sunday 7AM-9PM. Primary Responsibilities u00b7 Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals. u00b7 Handle inbound customer service and sales calls. u00b7 Make outbound calls to rental locations and qualified leads. u00b7 Apply supervisor coaching and meet call-quality standards. u00b7 Navigate multiple computer programs and troubleshoot basic issues. u00b7 Stay responsive through email and Microsoft Teams. u00b7 Complete and pass a 4-week paid training program. u00b7 Demonstrate strong time management and punctuality.
