Whatu2019s a typical day as an Operations Specialist? Youu2019ll be: + Following standard procedural guidelines to log checks, process checks, run reports, and communicate with both clients and internal teams. + Researching and resolving tasks, correspondence, and handling checks received via reports. + Assisting team members and providing backup as needed to meet client requirements and ensure ongoing service level agreements are achieved. + Operating within multiple client and functional environments and adapting to assignments which could change with short notice. + Demonstrating solid technical proficiency while meeting attendance, teamwork, and high-quality performance expectations. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: + Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required). + Are available to work Monday - Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. + Possess basic computer proficiency and are comfortable quickly learning new proprietary software applications. + Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. + Are able to follow established procedural guidelines and adapt quickly to changing priorities. + Thrive in a team-focused, client-driven environment, and value punctuality and collaboration.
