Deployment Technician

Description Our client is looking for a deployment technician to assist them with their windows 11 update. They have several hundred devices that are in need of deployment. The responsibilities for this role will include: - Imaging and preparing laptops for deployment - Troubleshooting hardware and software issues - Applying and validating group policies - Scheduling user appointments for device swap-outs - Deploying laptops to end users and ensuring successful onboarding - Providing friendly, professional, and efficient support throughout the upgrade process Skills Windows 10, Windows, windows 11, Imaging, Deployment, Customer service, Hardware Top Skills Details Windows 10,Windows,windows 11,Imaging,Deployment Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to schedule appointments for device swaps.
