Job Title: Assembler Job Description Join our team as an Assembler where you will be responsible for assembling brake discs after they have been manufactured. You will test complete units, inspect parts for quality, and use hand tools and small power tools to perform your tasks. This position requires you to follow both verbal and written instructions in English, adhere to standard operating procedures, and work effectively in a team environment. Flexibility to adapt to other areas as the production schedule dictates is essential, as is maintaining a clean and safe workplace in accordance with company policies. Responsibilities + Assemble brake discs after manufacturing. + Test complete units and inspect parts for quality. + Use hand tools and small power tools. + Perform activities planned by others. + Follow verbal and written instructions in English. + Adhere to standard operating procedures. + Communicate and work effectively in a team environment. + Flex to other areas as production schedule dictates. + Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with company policies. + Lift up to 30 lbs on a regular basis. Essential Skills + 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience. + 2+ years of blueprint experience. + Knowledge of hand and power tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Good attitude and ability to show up to work every day. + Any type of manufacturing or mechanical aptitude is a plus. Why Work Here?
