Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Specialist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Specialist to manage the logistics of our inventory operations. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle shipping and receiving duties, ensuring accurate inventory recording through our ERP/SAP system, and maintaining effective communication with vendors to guarantee timely deliveries. This role also involves supporting warehouse operations, including operating a forklift and assisting dock workers with loading and unloading shipments. Responsibilities + Manage shipping and receiving operations, ensuring inventory accuracy within the ERP/SAP system. + Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries. + Operate a sit-down forklift and assist with warehouse logistics. + Support dock workers in loading and unloading incoming shipments. Essential Skills + Experience in forklift operation, specifically sit-down forklifts (2+ years). + Proficiency in material handling, loading, and unloading trucks (1+ year). + Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (1+ year). + Experience in a manufacturing environment (1+ year). Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong data entry skills. + Experience with inventory management systems such as ERP/SAP. Why Work Here?
