Job Description Position Summary: The Compensation Analyst provides analytical and operational support for broad-based compensation programs. This role focuses on compensation surveys, job evaluations, market pricing, and analytics support to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices. Key Responsibilities: u2003u2022 Support compensation survey participation, including job matching, data submission, and validation of market results. u2003u2022 Assist with job evaluations and role leveling using established job architecture frameworks. u2003u2022 Perform market pricing analysis to support salary ranges and offer recommendations. u2003u2022 Prepare compensation analytics, reports, and data summaries using Excel and HR systems. u2003u2022 Support annual compensation cycles (merit and bonus) through data preparation, audits, and quality checks. u2003u2022 Partner with senior compensation team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines. u2003u2022 Maintain compensation documentation and support process improvements as assigned. To hit the ground running. u2003 u2003u2022 5-8 Experience in administering, Merit and Annual incentive cycles. u2003 5-8 years experience in market pricing/job evaluations- ability to grade jobs based and communicate to HR Business partners. u2003u2022 Advanced experience in excel u2013 knowledge of complex formulas, VLOOKUPu2019s, pivots , charts and providing data analysis to enable decision making. u2003u2022 Experience in supporting ad hoc projects such as job architecture , job codes mapping cleanup. u2003 u2003u2022 Experience in HRIS systems. u2003 u2003u2022 Ability to think critically, is energized by challenges, can look beyond the immediate problem, and consistently provides effective solutions.
