Educates patients and families on health conditions, procedures, and care plans, ensuring understanding and compliance. + Participates in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and nursing practices. + Serves as a patient advocate, ensuring patient rights and needs are respected and addressed. Collects and documents patient health data systematically and continuously. + Analyzes assessment data to determine and validate diagnoses with the patient, family, and healthcare providers.
