Your role and responsibilities As a Solution Architect specializing in Workday, you design, develop, and re-engineer complex application components for Workday, leveraging your deep understanding of its features and capabilities. You apply your expertise to create efficient, scalable, and maintainable Workday-based application solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: u2022 Design and Develop Solutions: Design, develop, and re-engineer complex application components for Workday, ensuring seamless functionality and compatibility with the Workday system. u2022 Integrate Software Packages: Integrate software packages, programs, and reusable objects across multiple platforms, utilizing your knowledge of Workday's features and capabilities. u2022 Translate Business Requirements: Translate business requirements into technical solutions, applying your specialized knowledge to create efficient and scalable Workday-based application solutions. u2022 Ensure Compatibility: Ensure that designed solutions are compatible with the Workday system, providing maintainable and efficient application solutions.This role could be performed from anywhere in the US. Required technical and professional expertise u2022 Deep Workday Expertise: Proven experience with Workday's features and capabilities, including designing, developing, and re-engineering complex application components. u2022 Technical Solution Development: Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions, creating efficient, scalable, and maintainable Workday-based application solutions. u2022 Multi-Platform Integration: Experience with integrating software packages, programs, and reusable objects across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and compatibility with the Workday system. u2022 Solution Architecture: Experience in designing and developing solutions that ensure compatibility with the Workday system, providing maintainable and efficient application solutions. u2022 Specialized Knowledge Application: Experience applying specialized knowledge to create efficient and scalable Workday-based application solutions, leveraging expertise in Workday's features and capabilities.
