CVS Media Exchange (CMX) is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, agencies, and Pharma clients. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVSu2019s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and unique positioning in the pharmacy and provider space to provide measurable results for our clientele. As Director of Offsite & Self-Service Product, you will lead and be responsible for building best-in-class social, programmatic, and self-service advertising platforms that extend CMXu2019s reach beyond owned & operated properties and enable advertisers to activate with speed, flexibility, and precision. Youu2019ll build scalable, automated solutions that extend CMX beyond owned channels and enable advertisers to activate with speed and precision, while ensuring compliance with privacy, data governance, and enterprise standards. This role partners closely with Engineering, UX, Data Science, Partnerships, Legal, and Commercial teams to deliver highu2011impact, advertiser-facing products and accelerate growth across CMXu2019s fastestu2011expanding activation channels. You will build and manage the offsite and self-service product roadmap, align business and technical needs, and serve as the u201cvoice of activation and platform productu201d with stakeholders to ensure customer and enterprise needs are met. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Product Leadership + Define product vision and roadmap for offsite and selfu2011service platforms. + Use CVS firstu2011party data, identity, and measurement assets to differentiate CMX across open and walledu2011garden environments. + Lead product discovery, build business cases, and prioritize highu2011impact enhancements. + Champion modular architecture, automation, and scalable platform design. Roadmap Execution + Manage full lifecycle deliveryu2014discovery through adoptionu2014for social, programmatic, and selfu2011service products. + Translate customer and campaign insights into actionable initiatives. + Oversee rollout plans, dependencies, and risk mitigation. + Partner with GTM and Ops teams to refine usability and drive adoption. Crossu2011Functional Collaboration + Build strong relationships with Partnerships, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. + Ensure privacyu2011safe data usage in collaboration with Legal and Privacy teams. + Integrate closed-loop measurement and optimization with Data Science and Measurement teams. + Evaluate and manage platform integrations with partnerships and procurement. Performance & People Leadership + Define and track key metrics for adoption, revenue, efficiency, and performance. + Drive continuous improvement through experimentation and testing. + Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, customeru2011centricity, and excellence. Industry Expertise + Stay current on programmatic, social, selfu2011service, identity, and privacy trends. + Assess new partners and platforms to strengthen CMXu2019s ecosystem. + Represent CMX externally as a subject-matter expert. Adtech Platform Expertise - Demonstrated familiarity with modern advertising platforms Examples: + Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) & Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) - The Trade Desk, Google Display & Video 360 (DV360), Yahoo DSP, Magnite, PubMatic, Index Exchange, etc. + Social & data platforms u2013 Liveramp, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, etc. + Data & Activation Infrastructure u2013 Identity resolution and audience extension, Clean rooms and privacy-safe collaboration; Attribution and closed-loop measurement; Consent management and governance frameworks. Location: This role is hybrid and commutable to one of the following Corporate Hubs, which you must work in the office of 2 or more days a week: + Wellesley, MA + Woonsocket, RI + New York, NY (Soho office) + Blue Bell, PA + Chicago, IL Required Qualifications: + 8+ years in Product Management in retail media, adtech, programmatic, or social platforms. Proven ownership of complex platform roadmaps. Strong storytelling, business case development, and crossu2011functional leadership + Expertise in DSP/SSP and social ad environments + Experience with privacy, legal, and compliance collaboration + 5+ yearsu2019 people leadership experience Preferred Qualifications: + Experience building selfu2011service advertising platforms + Knowledge of identity, clean rooms, data collaboration + Executiveu2011level influencing skills + Agile and testu2011andu2011learn mindset Education: + Bacheloru2019s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science, data science, information systems) or equivalent experience (HS Diploma + 4 yrs experience) required. + MBA or Masteru2019s degree preferred. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,540.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
