Staff Accountant

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in La Porte County, Indiana. Responsibilities: u2022 Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing. u2022 Perform reconciliations of financial accounts to maintain data integrity. u2022 Prepare and assist with month-end closing activities and reporting. u2022 Utilize Excel to analyze financial data and create detailed reports. u2022 Maintain accurate records through clerical accounting functions. u2022 Work with general ledger accounts to ensure proper tracking and classification. u2022 Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting workflows. u2022 Support audits and compliance processes as needed. u2022 Leverage SAP software to manage accounting operations efficiently. The salary for this role ranges from 63K-70K with medical, dental, vision and 401K. This is an on-site role.
