Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking experienced multi-craft Maintenance Technicians with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be capable of operating independently from day one, confidently supporting production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role primarily involves responding to line calls and ensuring equipment runs efficiently. Responsibilities + Perform routine maintenance on industrial machinery, including inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and repairs. + Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to identify root causes. + Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, working efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. + Execute preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and reduce unplanned downtime. Essential Skills + 2+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience. + Electrical troubleshooting - motors, drives, electrical cabinets 120v-480v. + Mechanical skills - gearboxes, shafts, bearings, hydraulics, and pneumatics. + PLC troubleshooting, schematic reading, blueprint interpretation, electrical and ladder logic. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in plastics manufacturing, including blow molding, extrusion, or injection molding. + PLC knowledge or troubleshooting skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beech Grove, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
