We want you to apply Job Summary and Qualifications The Senior Application Analyst is able to apply fundamental knowledge, concepts and principles gained through experience. The candidate is able to work inside peer groups and project teams, is able to solve straightforward problems utilizing standard procedures or company policies, is able to complete assigned tasks receiving guidance from supervisor, and works independently with general/moderate supervision. The Senior MEDITECH LAB Analyst supports HCA Healthcare acquisition initiatives and the implementation and optimization of the MEDITECH Magic LAB Module. This role focuses on ensuring successful Electronic Health Record (EHR) deployments and integrations across LAB modules including LAB, BBK, PATH, and MIC. The analyst collaborates with clinical, laboratory, and IT teams to ensure accurate workflows, system configuration, and high-quality operational outcomes. Key Responsibilities + Support HCA Healthcare acquisition work by leading LAB system transition via - Implement, configure, validate, and optimize MEDITECH Magic and Expanse LAB modules (LAB, BBK, PATH, MIC). + Conduct workflow analysis, functional design, gap assessments, and documentation of LAB processes. - Collaborate with laboratory staff, clinicians, and technical teams to ensure system readiness and alignment to best practices. + Participate in EHR implementation lifecycle activities, including build, testing, training support, and go-live readiness. - Provide issue resolution, risk identification, and escalation following organizational project methodology. + Develop project deliverables such as requirements documents, testing scripts, status updates, and configuration documentation. + Offer onsite and remote support during major implementation and transition events. + Share system knowledge with peers through training, mentorship, and collaborative work efforts. + Participates in post project review and documentation revision with general/moderate supervision. + Uses experience to develop client deliverables including, but not limited to, requirements documents, functional design documents, status reports, etc. with general/moderate supervision + Has excellent communication skills verbally and in writing, customer service focus, is able to work independently with general/moderate supervision. Must be able to work in a professional and client focused environment. Required Experience & Skills + Expertise in MEDITECH Magic LAB. + Hands-on EHR implementation experience, including system build, validation, testing, and optimization. + Proficiency in one or more LAB modules (BBK, PATH, MIC, LIS), including system configuration and workflow integration. + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to interact with cross-functional teams. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing tasks within defined project timelines. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
