Receptionist

Description We are looking for two detail-oriented and personable Receptionists to join our client's team in Saint Louis, Missouri. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and managing essential front desk operations. This is a long-term contract position with flexible part-time shifts available. Responsibilities: u2022 Welcome visitors and ensure they are checked in properly, allowing entry only for those with scheduled appointments. u2022 Handle incoming deliveries such as packages and food orders, ensuring proper distribution. u2022 Provide parking validations, assist with visitor parking assignments, and manage ticketing processes. u2022 Organize and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate departments or individuals. u2022 Digitally scan invoices and route them to the relevant team members for processing. u2022 Answer and direct calls efficiently using a multi-line phone system. u2022 Maintain a clean and organized reception area to uphold a detail-oriented image. u2022 Address inquiries from visitors and callers with clarity and professionalism. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles within a detail-oriented environment. u2022 Ability to operate and manage multi-line phone systems effectively. u2022 Strong organizational skills to handle mail sorting and invoice scanning tasks. u2022 Excellent interpersonal skills with a welcoming demeanor. u2022 Proficiency in handling parking validations and visitor assignments. u2022 Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities. u2022 Familiarity with basic office equipment and digital systems. u2022 High level of reliability and integrity in all interactions.
