Behavioral Health Nurse Manager (RN) Location: Avondale / West Valley, AZ Employment Type: Full-Time Direct Hire Salaried We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Behavioral Health Nurse Manager to join a top-tier behavioral health facility in the West Valley. Position Overview The RN Nurse Manager is responsible for the direction and oversight of all nursing and patient care services within the facility. This individual provides leadership across units, ensures high-quality medical and nursing care, and supports both short-term operations and long-term strategic planning. The Nurse Manager works closely with providers and multidisciplinary teams to promote safe, effective, and compassionate care while maintaining compliance with medical protocols, policies, and regulatory standards.
