Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic

Aerotek Aviation is seeking to hire a skilled Aircraft Sheet Metal Technician to join our team in Hagerstown, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and modifying aircraft structures for King Air C-12 and Bombardier Global aircraft. Job Responsibilities: u00b7 Performing aircraft customization and modification on King Air C-12 Bombardier Global aircraft. u00b7 Performing sheet metal repairs and modifications on aircraft structures. u00b7 Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals. u00b7 Fabricate and install sheet metal parts using hand tools and power tools. Must have Qualifications: u00b7 6+ yearsu2019 experience performing sheet metal and heavy structural modifications. u00b7 Ability to read and interpret blueprints. u00b7 Experience working in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) facilities. u00b7 Must have tools etched and shadowed. u00b7 Eligible for security clearance. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Hagerstown, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $48.00/hr.
