What Youu2019ll Do u2022 Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple property locations. u2022 Set up, test, operate, and strike AV systems for live events, shows, and corporate functions. u2022 Mix live sound and manage lighting and performance technology for live entertainment. u2022 Support AV deployments, computer hardware/software, and general technology troubleshooting. u2022 Handle entitlement and access changes, assist with compliance audits, and maintain documentation. u2022 Collaborate with vendors and teammates to resolve issues and ensure seamless event execution. u2022 Travel frequently to support a variety of exciting technology and live-event needs. What You Bring u2022 Associateu2019s degree or technical training in live sound OR 3+ years hands-on AV/live sound experience. u2022 Strong technical skills with audio, video, and lighting systems (digital mixers, interfaces, QSYS, etc.). u2022 Basic networking knowledge (IP, telephony, virtualization, storage). u2022 Excellent communication, customer service, and problemu2011solving abilities. u2022 Ability to work a flexible schedule (days/nights/weekends/holidays).
