The best part is you would be joining a winning culture with Adecco while on assignment and have access to all Adecco perks Perks: + Assignment Type: Temp to Hire + Shift: Monday u2013 Friday, 1st Shift, 7:00 AM u2013 3:30 PM + Pay Rate: $ 18.63/hour + Location: 150 Burndy Road, Littleton, NH + Location Type: 100% Onsite + Access to Adeccou2019s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses + $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days (based on performance and attendance) + Immediate start available once cleared Once converted to Full-Time, employees are eligible for: + Exceptional Benefits + Bonus opportunities (based on role and location) + 401(k) with 4% automatic contribution and up to 7% company match + 11 Paid Holidays + Vacation & PTO + Tuition Assistance + Opportunities for Advancement Responsibilities: + Operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to cut, shape, or form metal work pieces to specifications. + Review specifications to determine machining sequence, check dimensions of parts, and read blueprints. + Observe and listen to machine operation to detect malfunctions such as worn or damaged cutting tools. + Analyze any production difficulties and report to CNC Specialist or Production Supervisor. + Measure parts for conformance to specifications using micrometers, calipers, functional gauges, and blueprints. + Maintain required paperwork (e.g., production logs, scrap tickets). + Notify CNC Specialist or Supervisor of job completion or any discrepancies. + Work to production schedules and assist with continuous improvement initiatives. + Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications & Experience: + Experience & Skills: + CNC machine operation experience + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production specifications + Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring devices + Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Education: High School Diploma or GED required + Additional Requirements: + Safety shoes and glasses are required at the time of interview and during work + Ability to stand for long periods and lift as needed This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Teams and not your local Branch.
