Description We are seeking an HR Systems Manager to join our team in Selbyville, Delaware. As an HR Systems Manager, your primary role will be to manage and optimize our Human Resources systems and processes. You will also participate in project management for key HR initiatives, maintain the organization's design and structure, and formulate strategies for internal HR procedures and policies. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee key Human Resources initiatives, including the Oracle HCM platform, annual compensation, total rewards programs, and policy creation and maintenance. u2022 Formulate strategies to optimize internal Human Resources standard operating procedures, policies, and practices. u2022 Maintain and provide suggestions on the organizational design and structure. u2022 Lead innovative and collaborative business solutions, and provide direction and support to your team. u2022 Develop reporting and analysis recommendations to measure program effectiveness, planning, and decision making. u2022 Maintain and audit records of activities, ensuring compliance with HR governance. u2022 Use data to develop short and long-term objectives for the Human Resources department. u2022 Manage the HR SharePoint and HR analytics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. u2022 Collaborate with Accounting to maintain an accurate staffing budget and annual budget process. u2022 Research and benchmark compensation practices to maintain a competitive position. Requirements The ideal HR Systems Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
