Job Description The Partner Development Manager (PDM) will drive Oracle Cloud adoption and growth through the awareness, enablement and engagement of their assigned partner(s). This Oracle Cloud partner business development role will develop, maintain and execute against a business plan that outlines all key aspects required to drive Oracle Cloud business growth. Responsibilities The PDM is responsible for all aspects of the North America regional business relationship and will execute against plans and actions designed to grow the Partneru2019s Oracle Cloud business. Areas of focus include (but are not limited to): + Business Advisory: Act as a strategic business advisor who understands market focus, value proposition, and can link go-to-market activities with partner business outcomes. Understand partneru2019s Services model(s), value proposition, competitive differentiations and market dependencies. + Organizational awareness: Maintain an organizational understanding of key partner constituents and hierarchical relationships, organize a relationship map and drive relationships between key regional partner leaders and their appropriate regional Oracle peers. + Enablement: Broaden awareness of Oracle Cloud business value and associated technical differentiators to the various leadership within the partner (e.g., executive, industry sales, technical). + Sales Growth: Broaden the Oracle Cloud solution set taken to market by the Partner. Solution areas span Applications, Data Platform, AI and Infrastructure. Drive partnership strategy and GTM, leveraging target solutions, target markets, target IB clients and/or territory mapping to drive pipeline and business growth. Manage sales forecasting and pipeline management. + Partner Advocacy: Lead Partner Advocacy for partner and their Oracle Cloud-based solutions within Oracle Sales and the market. Drive sales engagement of identified solutions with target clients. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $125,000 to $207,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 70/30 - 80/20. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following: 1. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 9. 11 paid holidays 10.
