Position Overview We are seeking a Quality Control Clerk for a full-time, temp-to-hire role on the 1st shift 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday in Carlsbad, CA $19/hr. In this position, you will inspect products for defects, ensure quality standards are met, and help maintain a smooth production process. Responsibilities Perform visual inspections of products to identify defects or irregularities Document inspection results clearly and accurately Follow established quality procedures and guidelines Communicate any quality concerns to supervisors or production staff Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support production as needed to ensure workflow efficiency #nowhiring required-skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer or documentation skills Ability to stand for the majority of the shift and perform repetitive tasks Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Previous quality control or manufacturing experience required
