Work You’ll Do As a Senior Manager, you will lead complex Salesforce transformations for biopharma and medtech clients across commercial, patient services, and field excellence. You will shape business strategy, lead requirements and process design, and guide cross-functional teams through delivery and adoption. You will drive business development activities, craft proposals, and develop practitioners while promoting leading practices in compliance, data privacy, and regulated industry controls. The Team Our Sales & Service offering drives global customer transformation by designing and implementing innovative sales and service experiences. We blend strategy, technology, and creativity to solve complex challenges, bringing customer strategies to life and creating new markets. Qualifications Required: + 10+ years in consulting or industry delivering CRM/engagement platforms for life sciences (biopharma or medtech). + 7+ years leading Salesforce programs, including 3+ full lifecycle implementations as program/delivery lead. + Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or 4 additional years of professional experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. + Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Preferred: + Salesforce certifications: 2+ active certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, or Health Cloud Accreditation. + 2+ years implementing Health Cloud or patient services solutions (e.g., case management, benefits/eligibility, prior authorization, care management). + 2+ years in commercial pharma function To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
